Ingredients

  • 30 marshmallows
  • 12 c butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp green food coloring
  • 3 12 c cornflakes
  • red cinnamon candies

Directions

  1. Line two large cookie sheets with wax paper
  2. In top of double boiler combine marshmallows butter or margarine vanilla and food coloring
  3. Heat over boiling water stirring frequently until marshmallows are melted
  4. Gradually stir in cornflakes Drop by rounded greased teaspoonfuls onto lined cookie sheets Shape into 2-inch wreaths
  5. Decorate with red candies
  6. Store between layers of wax paper in refrigerator
  7. Makes about 2 12 dozen about 60 calories each
