Holly Taters

Ingredients
- potatoes
- Shake n Bake 1 envelope
- margarine squeeze Parkay
Directions
- Wash potatoes medium or large
- Cut into wedges
- Drop into salted cold water for 1 hour
- Drain but do not dry
- Put a couple of wedges in Shake n Bake bag
- Repeat process until all potatoes are used
- Place on greased cookie sheet
- Salt potatoes and drizzle margarine over the top of potatoes
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
