Holly Taters

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • Shake n Bake 1 envelope
  • margarine squeeze Parkay

Directions

  1. Wash potatoes medium or large
  2. Cut into wedges
  3. Drop into salted cold water for 1 hour
  4. Drain but do not dry
  5. Put a couple of wedges in Shake n Bake bag
  6. Repeat process until all potatoes are used
  7. Place on greased cookie sheet
  8. Salt potatoes and drizzle margarine over the top of potatoes
  9. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
