Homemade Bread

Ingredients
- 1 qt milk
- 1 c sugar
- 2 mounded Tbsp Crisco
- 7 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- flour
- 2 pkg dry yeast
Directions
- Scald milk and pour over sugar Crisco and salt
- Beat eggs and add to mixture
- Measure 2 12 cups of flour into another bowl gallon crock and add yeast
- Pour lukewarm mixture and mix
- Add rest of flour gradually
- Takes about 4 pounds
- Knead about 10 minutes
- Grease bowl
- Cover and let rise
- Punch down and let rise again
- Punch down and shape into loaves rolls or cinnamon rolls
- Bake at 325 until lightly browned
