Homemade Cream Soup MixLo-Fat

Ingredients

• 2 c powdered dry skim milk or no-fat Cremora
• 1 c cornstarch
• 1 c instant chicken granules sodium-free
• 5 Tbsp dried onion flakes
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
2. Store in jar in cool dry place To make legal cream soup to equal 1 can condensed soup combine 12 cup mix with 1 14 cups water or defatted broth Cook until thick
