Homemade Custard

Ingredients
- 8 egg yolks beaten
- 2 cans cream
- 2 cans water
- 2 blocks butter
- 1-12 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
- 5 to 7 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in water
- vanilla wafers or soda crackers
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until it comes to a full boil
- Pour into a 9x13 pan lined with vanilla wafers or crackers
