Homemade Health Cereal

Ingredients
- 5 c oats old fashioned
- 1 c chopped nuts pecans walnuts almonds
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c sunflower seeds
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c nonfat dry milk
- 1 c regular toasted wheat germ
- 1 c honey
- 1 c corn oil
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl
- Mix honey and oil together
- Add honey and oil to dry mixture and mix thoroughly until moist and in clumps
- Preheat oven to 300
- Spread mixture in 2 or 3 pans with sides
- Bake 15 minutes
- Stir from sides to center
- Bake 5 more minutes and stir
- Repeat every 5 minutes for 25 to 30 minutes
- Should spread out and be loose
- Spread on paper to cool
- Store in canister or Ziploc bags
- Add dried fruits of choice
