Homemade Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
- fresh fruit mashed
Directions
- Beat eggs several minutes
- Beat in sugar one cup at a time Add vanilla and evaporated milk and pour in 4-quart freezer container
- Either add fresh milk to full line in freezer container or add sweetened fresh fruit reducing sugar in ice cream mixture by 12 to 1 cup depending on taste desired
- Yields 8 to 10 servings
