Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 12 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
  • fresh fruit mashed

Directions

  1. Beat eggs several minutes
  2. Beat in sugar one cup at a time Add vanilla and evaporated milk and pour in 4-quart freezer container
  3. Either add fresh milk to full line in freezer container or add sweetened fresh fruit reducing sugar in ice cream mixture by 12 to 1 cup depending on taste desired
  4. Yields 8 to 10 servings
