Homemade Ice CreamVery Smooth

Ingredients
- 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 pt whipping cream
- 7 egg yolks
- 7 egg whites
- 1 pt half and half
- 2 tsp vanilla or to taste
- 2 c fruit optional
Directions
- In blender mix Eagle Brand milk condensed milk whipping cream half and half and egg yolks until smooth
- Beat egg whites until stiff
- Fold egg whites with blender mixture
- Add fruit slowly blending in
- Pour in ice cream mixer and process according to directions
- If mixture does not come to fill line in mixer add half and half to fill line
