Homemade Muenster Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 gal fresh milk
- 2 c thick buttermilk
- 12 cheese rennet tablet
- 34 c cold water
- 3 Tbsp salt
Directions
- Dont let new small potatoes go to waste
- Scrape them or if you want to do a basketful or more fill your washing machine with cold water and let it run to clean them
- Pack them in jars add water and 1 teaspoon salt to each quart
- Cold pack 3 hours
