Homemade Noodles
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 c ice cold water
- 2 to 3 c flour
Directions
- By hand beat egg yolks whole egg water and salt
- Add enough flour so that dough has consistency to roll
- Use lots of sprinkled flour on table and on rolling pin and top of the dough you are rolling
- Separate dough into 3 parts and roll each part thin After rolled out flour top of dough again
- Cut into 3 wide sections and stack on top
- Do this with each part
- Then start at the small end and cut noodles thin
- Cook right away in boiling water and rinse in cold water
