Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 28 oz cans Red Pack crushed tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can tomato paste
- 14 c oregano
- 14 c basil
- 14 c parsley
- 14 c sugar
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 34 tsp fresh garlic
- 14 c Parmesan
- 2 bay leaves
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic
- Add tomato paste stirring constantly
- When mixed well pour into very large pot and add crushed tomatoes oregano basil parsley and bay leaves
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2 hours and 45 minutes
- Add sugar and Parmesan cheese
- Continue to simmer for 15 minutes
- Let cool and store extra sauce in freezer
- Makes a lot
