Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 large 12 oz can evaporated milk
• 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
• pinch of salt
• milk

4. Add evaporated milk vanilla and salt
5. Pour into freezer container and add enough milk

11. is a good basic recipe for fruit ice cream just add 2 cups fruit and only 1 tablespoon vanilla
