Homestyle Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 oz jar Heinz homestyle brown gravy
• 1 12 lb lean ground beef
• 1 c soft bread crumbs
• 14 c finely chopped onion
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• dash of pepper

Directions

1. Combine 14 cup gravy with beef and next 5 ingredients
2. Shape into 8 x 4-inch loaf in baking pan
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
4. Let stand 5 minutes
5. Meanwhile heat remaining gravy
6. Serve over meat loaf
7. Makes 6 servings
