Hominy Jalapeno Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 16 oz cans hominy drained reserve 12 c liquid
• 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• 14 c butter
• 1 large jalapeno pepper
• salt and pepper
• 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Combine hominy liquid soup and butter
2. Heat until butter is melted
3. Remove from heat add hominy jalapeno pepper and seasoning
4. Pour into a greased casserole dish
5. Top with cheese Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
