Hominy Jalapeno Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 16 oz cans hominy drained reserve 12 c liquid
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c butter
- 1 large jalapeno pepper
- salt and pepper
- 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine hominy liquid soup and butter
- Heat until butter is melted
- Remove from heat add hominy jalapeno pepper and seasoning
- Pour into a greased casserole dish
- Top with cheese Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
