Hominy South Coast

Ingredients
- 1 large can hominy use 12 juice
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 12 c green pepper chopped
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 c chopped ripe olives
- 1 c Cheddar cheese
- 12 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Melt butter add onion and pepper
- Blend in flour and seasoning
- Add milk and cook to boiling
- Add cheese and stir until melted
- Remove from heat
- Add olives and hominy
- Top with bread crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
