Honey-Fruit Syrup

Ingredients
- 34 c unsweetened pineapple juice or orange juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 18 tsp ground ginger
- 1 c sliced strawberries raspberries andor blueberries
Directions
- In a small saucepan stir together pineapple juice honey cornstarch and ground ginger
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly cook and stir for 2 minutes more
- Stir in fruit
- Serve over pancakes waffles or French toast
