Honey-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 small carrots
  • 3 tsp margarine
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Cook carrots in boiling water about 10 minutes or until tender
  2. Drain
  3. In a skillet melt margarine and add sugar and honey
  4. Simmer this for 2 minutes
  5. Add carrots and cook over low heat turning until well glazed about 5 minutes
