Honey-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 10 to 12 small carrots
- 3 tsp margarine
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp honey
Directions
- Cook carrots in boiling water about 10 minutes or until tender
- Drain
- In a skillet melt margarine and add sugar and honey
- Simmer this for 2 minutes
- Add carrots and cook over low heat turning until well glazed about 5 minutes
