Honey-Graham Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 c Robin Hood stone ground graham flour
  • 13 c honey
  • 14 c shortening
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 2 pkg active dry yeast
  • 2 14 c very warm water 120 to 130
  • 3 to 4 c all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Mix graham flour honey shortening salt and yeast then add warm water
  2. Mix together well then add all-purpose flour 1 cup at a time to make dough easy to handle
