Honey-Mustard-Lime Chicken

Ingredients

• 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 2 Tbsp lime juice
• 1 12 Tbsp coarse grained mustard
• 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Slice chicken breasts
2. Combine honey lime juice and mustard I use a combination of Kosciusko and a stone-ground mustard Place chicken in a baking dish
3. Pour marinade over chicken turning to coat
4. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes turning once
