Honey-Pecan Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 14 Tbsp salt
- 14 c honey
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 14 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender drain
- Peel and cut into quarters
- Place quartered potatoes in a greased shallow casserole dish
- In a small saucepan combine honey brown sugar salt and butter
- Bring mixture to a boil stirring constantly Pour syrup over sweet potatoes
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top Preheat oven to 375
- Bake sweet potatoes for 30 minutes Serves 4
