Honey Acorn Squash

Ingredients
- 2 acorn squash 34 lb each
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 4 tsp butter
- 18 tsp lemon peel grated
Directions
- Pierce skin of squash several times
- Put on microwave tray cook on High 4 to 5 minutes
- Turn over after 2 minutes
- Let stand 3 minutes then cut in half
- Scoop out seeds
- Arrange in dish with cut side up
- Top with honey butter and lemon cover with plastic wrap
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until squash is tender Let stand covered 2 minutes before serving
