Ingredients

• 6 to 8 potatoes cooked and peeled
• 4 Tbsp butter
• 14 c honey

Directions

1. Place potatoes in a baking dish
2. Combine butter and honey and pour over potatoes in a hot 400 oven 15 to 20 minutes basting frequently
