Honey Bran Rolls

Ingredients
- 12 c oil
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 c bran
- 23 c honey
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 c lukewarm water
- 1 pkg yeast
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 2 to 3 c unbleached whole flour
Directions
- Combine oil boiling water bran honey and salt
- Stir to blend cool to lukewarm
- Add yeast which has been softened in lukewarm water
- Add flour gradually to make soft dough
- Knead until smooth and satiny
- Let rise to double in bulk about 1 12 hours
- Grease hands well dough is very sticky form into rolls
- Drop from spoon if using muffin tins
- Let rise 35 to 40 minutes
- Bake 25 to 40 minutes at 375
