Honey Butter Chicken

Ingredients

• 3 lb chicken pieces
• 12 c honey
• 14 c butter
• 12 c lemon juice
• 12 c butter

Directions

1. Toss chicken in your favorite coating
2. Melt 12 cup butter in roasting pan
3. Roll chicken in butter
4. Arrange in pan skin side down
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
6. Melt 14 cup butter with honey and lemon juice
7. Turn chicken skin side up and drizzle with honey mixture
8. Bake another 30 to 40 minutes basting occasionally
9. Serve with steamed rice
