Honey Coconut Divinity

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 14 c honey
• 14 c water
• 2 egg whites
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 1 c coconut

Directions

1. Boil together sugar honey and water until syrup spins a thread
2. Slowly pour syrup over stiffly beaten egg whites beating continuously
3. Beat until mixture holds in shape
4. Blend in extract and coconut
5. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper or spread in a buttered 9-inch square pan cool and cut into squares
