Honey Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 c shortening
• 14 c honey
• 14 c buttermilk
• 5 c flour
• 2 eggs
• 3 tsp soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream shortening and sugar then eggs
2. Add honey sour milk and vanilla
3. Beat well and add dry ingredients
4. Chill and form into balls
5. Roll in sugar
6. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
