Honey Cookies
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c honey
- 1 c cold coffee or 1 c water and 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 c shortening
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 8 c flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c sugar
Directions
- Cream shortening sugar and honey
- Add eggs coffee vanilla and dry ingredients
- Mix well
- Cover and chill overnight
