Honey Drop Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 cup butter-flavored shortening
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 1 large or 2 small eggs
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 scant cup sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 12 cup flour
• 1 12 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Cream shortening and sugar add eggs and beat well
2. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture
3. Add vanilla and honey
4. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 350
