Honey Ham

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb smoked ham pork shoulder
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 12 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Cut meat off bone
  2. Use 12 ounces
  3. Steam 30 minutes
  4. Cool Remove skin cut off fat
  5. Slice into small pieces 2 or 3 inches round
  6. Steam again 30 minutes
  7. Remove juices Boil water
  8. Add sugar and ham
  9. Stir 1 to 2 minutes until sugar dissolves and bubbles appear
  10. Add honey until mixture is complete about 30 seconds
