Honey Ham

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb smoked ham pork shoulder
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 12 tsp honey
Directions
- Cut meat off bone
- Use 12 ounces
- Steam 30 minutes
- Cool Remove skin cut off fat
- Slice into small pieces 2 or 3 inches round
- Steam again 30 minutes
- Remove juices Boil water
- Add sugar and ham
- Stir 1 to 2 minutes until sugar dissolves and bubbles appear
- Add honey until mixture is complete about 30 seconds
