Honey Mustard Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 14 c canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- several drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 medium garlic clove crushed
- 1 15 12 oz can red kidney beans rinsed well and drained
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
- In small saucepan combine first 6 ingredients and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes
- Add beans and simmer for 2 minutes Serves 2 to 4
