Honey Mustard Mixed VegetablesLow-Fat

Ingredients

  • 12 c carrots cut in thin 2-inch sticks
  • 1 12 c cauliflowerets and broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 12 tsp dried dill weed

Directions

  1. Steam carrots for 10 minutes
  2. Add cauliflower and broccoli and steam until barely tender approximately 8 additional minutes Combine mustard with honey and dill to make a smooth sauce
  3. Mix sauce with hot cooked vegetables and stir gently until sauce is evenly distributed
