Honey Mustard Steaks With Grilled Onions

Ingredients
- 4 boneless beef top loin steaks cut 1 inch thick
- 13 c coarse-grain Dijon-style mustard
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 12 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp each cider vinegar and water
- 14 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 18 tsp coarse grind black pepper
- 1 large red onion cut into 12 inch thick slices
Directions
- Combine mustard parsley honey vinegar water pepper sauce and pepper
- Place beef steaks and onion on grid over medium coals brush both with glaze
- Grill 9 to 12 minutes for rare 140 to medium 160 turning once and brushing with glaze
- Makes 4 servings
