Honey Orange Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 c chicken broth
• 1 c orange juice
• 12 c honey
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tsp grated orange peel
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 12 tsp salt
• 4 bone-in chicken breasts
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp water
• 4 c hot cooked rice
• chopped green onions orange slices and parsley strips optional

Directions

1. In saucepan combine the first 9 ingredients Bring to a boil Remove from heat cool Pour 1 13 cups marinade into large resealable plastic bag Add chicken Seal bag and turn to coat Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours turning occasionally Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade
