Honey Spice Snaps
Ingredients
- 2 14 c flour
- 1 12 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp cloves
- 1 c brown sugar
- 34 c shortening
- 1 egg
- 14 c honey
- sugar
Directions
- Sift together flour soda and spices
- Add sugar to shortening creaming well
- Blend in egg and honey
- Add the dry ingredients mixing thoroughly
- If desired chill dough before shaping
