Honey Walleye

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 c butter-flavored crackers
- 12 tsp salt
- 4 to 6 walleye fillets
- 13 c cooking oil
- lemon wedge
Directions
- In shallow bowl beat egg add honey
- In plastic bag combine crackers and salt
- Smash crackers until fine
- Coat fillets in egg
- Place in bag and shake
- Cook fillets in oil 3 to 5 minutes a side
- Serve with lemon wedge
