Honeybun Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 box yellow or butter pecan cake mix with pudding
- 34 c oil
- 12 c white sugar
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix together brown sugar cinnamon and pecans
- Set aside Mix together cake mix eggs oil sugar and sour cream
- Pour half of mixture into 9 x 13-inch greased pan
- Pour half of brown sugarcinnamon mixture over cake batter
- Add remaining cake batter and then remaining brown sugar mixture
- With fork swirl brown sugarcinnamon mixture into batter several times
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Mix powdered sugar milk and vanilla pour on top to glaze
