Honeyed Grapes

Ingredients
- 14 c honey
- 14 c loosely packed fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 lb seedless red grapes
- 1 lb seedless green grapes
Directions
- Combine honey and mint in a large mixing bowl set aside Remove and discard grape stems Wash grapes Drain and pat dry Add grapes to honey mixture Toss gently to coat Cover and chill at least 2 hours Yields 6 servings
