Honolulu Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 to 3 12 lb skinned boneless chicken breasts
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 10 oz jar peach preserves
- 12 c barbecue sauce
- 12 c chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 6 oz can water chestnuts sliced and drained
- 1 green pepper cut in strips
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Combine preserves barbecue sauce onions and soy sauce
- Pour over the chicken breasts
- Cover and bake at 325 for 1 12 hours or until done
- Add water chestnuts and green pepper for final 10 minutes
