Hoppin Black-Eyed Peas
Ingredients
- 2 small onions diced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 2 15 12 oz cans black-eyed peas
- 1 c quick cooking rice
- 2 10 34 oz cans chicken broth
- 14 tsp red pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- Saute onions in butter
- Mix together with remaining ingredients and simmer until liquid is gone
- Stir occasionally
