Horseradish Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 pkg unflavored gelatin
- 14 c heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 12 can Hellmanns mayonnaise
- 12 can evaporated milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 34 c horseradish
Directions
- Sprinkle gelatin over cream to dissolve
- Warm gently and stir
- Let cool
- Add salt and lemon juice
- Beat evaporated milk until firm
- Beat in mayonnaise then beat in softened cream cheese
- Beat in horseradish
- Continue beating while drizzling gelatin mixture in
- Spray ring mold with Pam pour in mousse and refrigerate until set
- Serve with roast beef
