Horseradish Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg unflavored gelatin
  • 14 c heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 12 can Hellmanns mayonnaise
  • 12 can evaporated milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 34 c horseradish

Directions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cream to dissolve
  2. Warm gently and stir
  3. Let cool
  4. Add salt and lemon juice
  5. Beat evaporated milk until firm
  6. Beat in mayonnaise then beat in softened cream cheese
  7. Beat in horseradish
  8. Continue beating while drizzling gelatin mixture in
  9. Spray ring mold with Pam pour in mousse and refrigerate until set
  10. Serve with roast beef
