Horseradish Ring

Ingredients

• 2 pkg lemon Jell-O
• 2 c hot water
• 1 c cold water
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp vinegar
• 1 5 oz jar horseradish
• 1 c whipping cream whipped

Directions

1. Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water
2. Stir well
3. Add cold water salt and vinegar
4. Stir
5. Cool to jellied stage
6. Stir in horseradish and whipped cream
7. Pour into an oiled mold
8. When thoroughly set unmold
9. Garnish with parsley leaflets
10. Excellent with ham
