Horseradish Ring

Ingredients
- 2 pkg lemon Jell-O
- 2 c hot water
- 1 c cold water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 5 oz jar horseradish
- 1 c whipping cream whipped
Directions
- Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water
- Stir well
- Add cold water salt and vinegar
- Stir
- Cool to jellied stage
- Stir in horseradish and whipped cream
- Pour into an oiled mold
- When thoroughly set unmold
- Garnish with parsley leaflets
- Excellent with ham
