Hospitality Pie

Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 c coconut
- caramel ice cream topping
- 1 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 graham cracker crusts
Directions
- Brown coconut and nuts in oven with oleo
- Stir often
- Cool Mix cream cheese milk and Cool Whip
- Put 12 of this mixture into 3 shells evenly divided between shells
- Sprinkle 12 of coconut mixture on top and add caramel topping
- Put remainder of cream cheese mixture on top and all remaining coconut mixture
- Drizzle caramel on top and freeze
