Hot And Sour Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion slivered
- 3 carrots thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbsp ginger minced
- 4 c chicken broth
- 1 c water
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 c mushrooms sliced
- 1 c watercress
- 12 lb snow peas
- 1 c bean sprouts
- 14 c rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- dash of chili oil
Directions
- Heat oil in
- soup pot over medium heat
- Add the onion and carrots
- Stir for 3 minutes then add the garlic and ginger Cook and stir 1 minute longer
- Add chicken broth water and soy sauce
- Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute
- Add mushrooms and watercress boil for 1 minute more
