Hot Antipasto Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts Progresso nonmarinated
  • 2 1 lb cans sliced white potatoes
  • 1 can black pitted olives
  • 2 7 oz jars sliced red roasted peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 12 c olive oil
  • 1 12 c grated cheese
  • 2 c flavored bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Boil artichoke hearts for 5 minutes
  2. Drain and quarter
  3. Mix all ingredients except olives
  4. Slice olives
  5. Place on top Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes at 450 in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
