Hot Antipasto Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts Progresso nonmarinated
- 2 1 lb cans sliced white potatoes
- 1 can black pitted olives
- 2 7 oz jars sliced red roasted peppers
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 12 c olive oil
- 1 12 c grated cheese
- 2 c flavored bread crumbs
Directions
- Boil artichoke hearts for 5 minutes
- Drain and quarter
- Mix all ingredients except olives
- Slice olives
- Place on top Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes at 450 in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
