Hot Artichoke Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 12 c mayo
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 c chopped parsley
  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 8 12 oz can water packed artichoke hearts drained
  • sprinkle of garlic powder

Directions

  1. Mix mayo cheese parsley and hot pepper sauce in medium size bowl until well blended
  2. Fold in artichokes
  3. Spoon into ungreased 2 cup ovenproof serving dish
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until spread is hot and bubbly
