Hot Bacon Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon diced
- 2 large eggs
- 14 cup cider vinegar
- 34 cup water
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- In a heavy skillet fry bacon until crisp
- Beat eggs add vinegar water sugar and salt
- Beat to combine
- Add mixture to bacon in skillet and cook until thickened on medium heat
- DO NOT BOIL
- At once pour hot dressing over salad greens and toss Serve at once
