Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredients

• 3 slices bacon diced
• 2 large eggs
• 14 cup cider vinegar
• 34 cup water
• 14 cup sugar
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. In a heavy skillet fry bacon until crisp
2. Beat eggs add vinegar water sugar and salt
3. Beat to combine
4. Add mixture to bacon in skillet and cook until thickened on medium heat
5. DO NOT BOIL
6. At once pour hot dressing over salad greens and toss Serve at once
