Hot Beef Dip

Ingredients
- 2 12 oz dried beef
- 1 c cold water
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 13 c chopped green onion
- 14 c sour cream
- 14 c mayonnaise
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
Directions
- Cut beef into small pieces
- Combine beef and water into 4-cup glass measuring cup
- Microwave on High for 3 minutes drain
- Mix in remaining ingredients
- Insert microwave thermometer microwave on Roast to 120
- Stir
