Hot Broccoli Dip

Ingredients
- 12 c celery finely chopped
- 12 c onion finely chopped
- 12 Tbsp butter
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
- 10 oz chopped broccoli thawed and drained
- 14 to 12 tsp rosemary crushed
Directions
- Saute celery and onion in butter until tender
- Add cheese stir over low heat until melted
- Stir in remaining ingredients heat thoroughly
- Serve warm
