Hot Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 c granulated sugar caramelized
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 34 c cream
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- To caramelize sugar place a heavy skillet over low heat Stir constantly until melted and brown
- Place granulated sugar and cream in a double boiler and heat to boiling point
- Add caramelized sugar and stir until well blended
- Remove from heat add butter and vanilla
- Beat thoroughly
- May be reheated over hot water
- Store in jar in refrigerator
