Hot Cheese And Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 10 oz sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz American cheese shredded
- 13 c milk
- 12 c dry white wine
- 1 7 12 oz can crab meat flaked and cartilage removed
Directions
- Melt cheese and milk in medium saucepan or microwave stirring to smooth consistency
- Stir in crabmeat and wine
- Heat through Serve hot with crackers or party rye
