Hot Cheese And Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz American cheese shredded
  • 13 c milk
  • 12 c dry white wine
  • 1 7 12 oz can crab meat flaked and cartilage removed

Directions

  1. Melt cheese and milk in medium saucepan or microwave stirring to smooth consistency
  2. Stir in crabmeat and wine
  3. Heat through Serve hot with crackers or party rye
