Hot Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 c water chestnuts sliced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 c cooked chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 34 c mayo
- 1 stick butter melted
- 2 c unsweetened corn flakes
- 12 c sliced almonds
Directions
- Mix all together
- Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Best if mixed the day before
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
